For the next 30 days you are going to be more in tune with yourself than ever before. This is going to set your style of living up for self love, worth and desires that you’ve been longing for. Ditch the negative selfish feelings and start your self care routines now.
- Day 1- expressing gratitude: deeply be thankful and meaningful when you express your gratitude each and everyday moving forward
- Day 2- practice mindful meditations or quiet times specifically in the morning when having your coffee or tea…do before anyone else gets up (spend quality time with yourself and a higher power)
- Day 3- social detoxing needs to be done several times throughout the day so that you can focus more on who you are becoming
- Day 4- making the beds should be the first thing you do when you awake and start being more mindful about this daily activity because it ties into your wellness journey
- Day 5- opening the blinds (do this daily) but today you are going to take a little damp end of a cloth and dust them…you can use the vacuum hose to do this as well
- Day 6- start your online journal: this helps commit to your daily writing prompts if you don’t necessarily like writing on paper
- Day 7- stop eating gluten
- Day 8- brisk walk alone
- Day 9- tidy up your living space
- Day 10- practice breathing exercises as videos show in the clutter free living course
- Day 11- affirm and demand whatever you are interested in manifesting; this includes you feeling the emotion attached with the saying as we promote in the retreat

At The Uncluttered Project we promote slowing down, decluttering, mindful, intentional living, so it’s really important to become more and more in tune with yourself over the next several months. This simple habit of taking care of you increases longevity, clears the mental clutter, decreases exhaustion and overwhelm…
- Day 24- facial pampering day
- Day 25- sign the pledge
- Day 26- declutter bedrooms
- Day 27- embrace a nature walk taking photographs of flowers, birds, sky, trees
- Day 28- chelate hair (use blue dawn dish soap to wash out all the build up, rinse, squeeze lemon juice in hair, let sit, rinse, follow up with a deep moisturizing conditioner), removes all the toxic build up and leaves hair feeling soft, shiny

Self Care Isn’t Selfish
- Day 29- go more minimal: minimalism is extremely powerful even if you only apply it to your life as a trial period…try it before you knock it
- Day 30- finish your month with a professional spa treatment : massage, manicure, pedicure, anything that makes you feel ‘I’m worth it’
On this decluttering journey you are going to learn so much about yourself, experience breakthroughs and have meltdowns during the process…allow yourself to FEEL the emotions so that you can break free from whatever is invading your space (both mentally and physically).
