The Uncluttered Project reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice. If you share private passwords your membership access will be revoked immediately. This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States.

The Uncluttered Project reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no courses will be delivered.
Refund/Return Policy
Products/Services/Digital Products are not refundable or returnable. Once your payment processes you have access to all digital downloads and it is your responsibility to read the full description before buying. If you add items to your cart and realize an item is included in another program or workshop, you still will NOT be refunded for those downloads. Read More.
Cancellation
A service may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Complaints
Any complaints about services or sellers may be sent to our support team: hello@theunclutteredproject.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Cases will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well. We do our very best to satisfy our clients and only sell services we believe in or use ourselves.
Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health (mental, physical) or safety concerns once the buyer has received the service.

Ambassadors
As a content creator it is your responsibility to promote in a healthy, professional manner. Under no circumstances are you to give out passwords on your own. It is against our privacy policy and you will be terminated immediately. The money, bonuses and incentives you receive are based on how well you perform. You must contribute to engagement on socials, sharing the brand and being intuitive. If you fail to be in partnership your registration will expire. Based on a trial by trial basis. If you do not comply with our promoting guidelines you will forfeit your ownership/membership with no refunds.
We have the right to cancel your membership at any time.
Under no circumstances are you able to resell our content. You will be held legally responsible if you do.
