A huge part of our mission is to not only let go of the physical stuff, but the emotional and mental clutter that invades our personal space as well. When you’re stuck in a constant state of guilt and shame, the process of letting go becomes difficult, sometimes impossible. One of the reasons we share ways to forgive often.
In this section you will learn how to let go with ease. It doesn’t happen overnight, perhaps it will take years. But, the result of moving forwards will lead to a purposeful life that you’ve been yearning for.
The Mental Clarity
- make lists of what you need to let go of
- create your vision board
- prepare a 6 month goals list
- declutter a room in your home for peace and sanctity
- write a forgiveness letter to the person who hurt you as well as one to yourself
- embrace more self care during this time
- purge your closet weekly
- craft a boundaries guideline
- seek simplicity, embrace nature
Today, you will detox from social media and any texting, emails. This jumpstarts your wellness plan to learn more about who you’re becoming. It’s non-negotiable and will need to be done several times a week moving ahead.

How To Let Go Of The Past
1.) Remove yourself from any negative energy– part of the reason you can’t let go is because you still involve yourself in some way or form with the toxicity that disrupts your current lifestyle.
2.) Ditch the old memories– in order to move ahead and let go of the past you must throw away belongings that are reminding you of ‘them’. This is NOT something you can negotiate with. It needs to be done and immediately.
3.) Declutter for 30 days straight– this creates a pattern and habit that introduces a NEW beginning. Out with the old. You cannot move ahead if you don’t remove the baggage.
4.) Delete and Block– remove the old numbers, contact information to let go gracefully. If you still have a way to communicate with someone it prevents the ability to move forward.
5.) You are NOT going backward. Write this, say it, affirm each day.

Finding Peace In Moving Forward #6
During this transition I want you to be more at peace with who you are, what you believe in and trusting the Universe. Some ways you can incorporate more self love these days is:
- affirmations– this is the quickest way to reframe your mind…you will start affirming your way forward. What I love about affirmations is that the feeling that is attached with it really sees the ‘light’. You begin to let go all naturally
- learning how to be alone– one of the ways I learned how to love myself more each day was spending time with myself. Take up some new hobbies such as coffee dates alone, or gardening, propagating plants
- set yourself free– forgive yourself for things that you had no control over, and things you did. Once you ask for forgiveness you can no longer be burdened by what happened
- trust and let it be– trust is a powerful tool…you must be willing to trust a higher power and let things be
- journal each day to write out the feelings that need to be let go
7.) Reinvent yourself– many ways we can move forward is by introducing ourselves to a new ME.

9.) Volunteer at a local shelter, donate to animal hospitals, spend time at rescue sanctuaries.
10.) Brisk walking is a fantastic way to release the energy that’s been holding you back from moving on with your life.
Letting Go All Naturally
Decluttering is an all natural way to let go of the past, a toxic relationship, guilt, shame, fear, and lies. However, you can’t just perform the task once and think it will magically heal. In order to break free you must do it often.
11.) Clear the clutter often– when the physical stuff disappears, the mental and emotional breakthroughs happen.
12.) Manifest– manifestation is a truly amazing way to attract whatever it is you’re looking for. If I wanted to bring in more wealth I would manifest more money by affirming, attracting, believing. If you want to attract love, good vibes, etc…do the same thing.
13.) Listen to calming music– I have this speaker that plays calming noises and this allows me a moment throughout the day to be stress free, heal, clear my head.
14.) Pampered Spas– each month I want you to embrace more spa life into your daily routines whether that is a facial, massage, cold therapy, hot yoga or meditations.
15.) Indoor Houseplants– you don’t have to be a green thumb to adopt a few live houseplants that are easy to care for (Golden Pothos, Fiddle Leaf Fig).
16.) Mindfulness– mindful living is the most powerful way you can move forwards, let go of the past and renew your purpose here on Earth. From the moment you wake up be aware of what you are doing and how you are doing it.
Find comfort in knowing that letting go isn’t as easy as some people make it sound. It’s work. But as long as you put yourself first moving forward you will adopt a lifestyle that is so meaningful to who you are, you’ll attract the desires effortlessly.
